The Writings of a novice commentator

It’s been quite a while, guys! The monotony of Finance and Quantitative Methods have taken me away from my beloved pen. However, I am back and in full order!

Today, I am announcing the launch of Ogyakrom Diaries, the diaries of a young Ghanaian commentator. It aims at opining the issues of the day and broadcasting the concerns of the youth about our beloved country.

The term “Ogyakrom” was derived from the Catholic Standard Abonsam Fireman column written by the esteemed Kwesi Yankah (Now Minister of Education for Tertiary Education) which started in 1979 and ended in 1980. The column was lauded for providing thought-provoking content at a time of the existence of a suppressive military regime.

I promise to uphold standards of fairness and candidness in the process of writing these diaries!

Stay tuned for the first post!

Deo Volente!
